Expires 1 year after purchase date.

1. One gift certificate per booked service, package, membership purchase.
2. The only time additional gift certificates can be used in one session is to cover add ons.
3. Cannot be used on retail products.
4. EXPIRES: 12 months after purchase. After 12 months, the amount can be redeemed for half the gift certificate amount as a courtesy. After 18 months, the gift certificate will be invalid.
5. No refunds or exchanges.
6. If lost or stolen, the gift certificate cannot be refunded.
